Safety at the School:
Medicine Hat High School and Medicine Hat Public School Division follow the Hour Zero protocols in preparing to deal with any potential crisis or emergency that could possibly arise inside and outside of school.
It is important and our responsibility to practice the different emergency protocols (fire drills, evacuations, lockdowns, shelter in place, etc.). The more knowledgeable and comfortable staff and students are with safety procedures and crisis response plans, the safer we all become. For these reasons, our school will be conducting safety drills and emergency plans at various times throughout the school year.
